TRAINING IN CANADA

International Police College of Canada was created to provide expert police and security instruction to the International community.  IPCC will send instructors to any country providing:

a)  It is a safe environment and the Instructor’s safety can be assured, and

b)  The instruction is to enhance the safety and security of the general public and the detection and apprehension of criminals, and does not involve the persecution of any individuals or groups for their political beliefs.

TRAINING IN CANADA

Although the majority of training by IPCC instructors is conducted outside of Canada, in special circumstances, IPCC will bring groups (not individuals) to Canada for training.

All training within Canada is conducted at Northwest Law Enforcement Academy, Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.

Northwest LEA is a small, yet exclusive law enforcement college which only accepts 75 students annually.  Many of Northwest LEA instructors are also instructors on the IPCC staff and the Academy has received AAA Accreditation from IPCC.
